Duggie Dug Dug also loves to perform in local churches and this Praise Party in Wisbech is ideal for families with primary school aged children (however everyone is welcome) The Family Praise Party is 90 minutes of non-stop fun! Packed full of songs, actions, puppets and a gospel message.

As part of All Saints Church, Pastons 800th anniversary year celebrations, they are holding a Remembrance Weekend.

When: Friday 10th & Saturday 11th November
Where: All Saints Church, Fulbridge Road, Paston.
Time: 10an - 4pm

A special rememberance day service will be held on Sunday November 12th at 10am. All welcome.

On display will be memorabilia and displays from and about the war years, information about the war dead from both world wars from the parish of Gunthorpe, Paston and Walton. A remembrance information trail will be mapped showing all the graves and memorials of military personnel buried within the church’s extensive burial churchyard.

There will also be audio visual presentations and interactive ‘stations’ helping people to personally explore remembrance. Funeral/ burial registers from 1800 to enable family research and an exhibition of the changing face of funerals over the years.

Refreshments will be available throughout the day. Entry to the event is free but donations are welcome.

The Point is a monthly city wide youth event held at Park Road Baptist Church, Peterborough. The event is aimed at young people of secondary school age, and is run by The CROPS Trust. Crafty Capers - a new group aimed at those who enjoy crafts
Crafty Capers
Lots of churches have a ‘knit and natter’ group. Westgate New Church have decided to start a group but wanted to encourage people to bring any craft they enjoy and spend an afternoon chatting, drinking tea and completing crafty projects. They have called their meeting ‘Crafty Capers’.
