Tim Edworthy – Pastor

Tim arrived in Peterborough in July 2004, after eight years pastoring a church in Hastings.  Before that he had a career in the Building Society world.  Outside of church life, Tim supports Manchester United, enjoys rock music, plays golf and rides a mountain bike, albeit on the flat terrain of Peterborough.  Tim is married to Wendy, and they have two daughters.

Tim has a passion for reaching the ‘lost’ with the good news of Jesus Christ, and a desire that church should be relevant to today’s society without compromising its message.

Hugh Brenton

Hugh is our Church Secretary.  That doesn’t mean that he is always doing shorthand and typing, but that he co-ordinates various meetings and activities, ensuring that all is running smoothly!

A ‘Peterborian’, Hugh grew up in the church, and although he did live and work away from the city for some years, eventually he had to come back.  Hugh is married to Pam, and they have grown-up children and grand-children.
